Ordering Information
- We process all orders by phone to ensure accuracy.
- Products are made upon order. Standard build times are estimated at 8 to 12 weeks from the date of drawing approval. Custom builds may require additional time based on selected options, specifications, and overall project complexity. All build time estimates are approximate and subject to change. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material availability, supply chain disruptions, production capacity, or unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure events). Build timelines are not guaranteed. Rush builds are available upon request.
- Accepted forms of payment: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checks, Money Orders, Bank Wires and Cash. All sales are final.
- Shipping quotes are only estimates, final shipping fee may vary.
- Customers must be able to receive shipment of products within 4 weeks of order completion. After 4 weeks of completion a weekly charge of $100 per pallet will be assessed until the order is picked up or shipped.
- Glass Cages reserves the right to deem, any product not shipped or picked up within 60 days of completion as abandoned product.
- Full payment is due when order is ready to ship.
- 25% cancellation fee for orders canceled prior to fabrication. Orders cannot be cancelled after the fabrication phase begins. Orders financed using affirm will have additional cancelation fees.
